Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g of butter
  • 50 g of flour
  • 600 ml of milk
  • 500 g of broccoli
  • 75 g of cheddar cheese
  • 1 kg of cauliflower
  • 2 pieces of stale bread

How to make

Sauté garlic with butter, add flour and milk in order to make the sauce. Add broccoli florets into it and once softened, use a blender to mix or mash the ingredients. Add a piece of cheddar cheese and set aside.

Clean the cauliflower of its leaves, separate the florets and spread on the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the broccoli sauce over it, add the rest of the cheddar and place in the oven preheated to 180°C. Leave it in for up to 1 hour. Golden-brown colour means it is done. Take it out of the oven and serve: crumble some Prima Peanuts sticks for an extra dose of crunchiness and stronger taste.

Enjoy your meal!
